Corporal Kyle Nelson is our Officer of the Year for 2008. He started with Ontel in February of 2008 as a standing officer. He rapidly gained both his firearm as well as chemical agent and baton certifications. These, combined with his professional manner, allowed us to assign him to a series of more sensitive assignments. He excelled at all his posts and was soon transferred to the F&M Bank due to his pro-active attitude and ability to work with the public. The consistent high quality of his work has earned him this award as Officer of the Year.
