On March 30th, 2005, Ontel Security Incorporated moved into their new
corporate office located in the re-vitalized downtown area at 708 L Street,
Modesto. The company opened for business almost three years ago by Mrs.
Rebecka Monez, now CEO, and three other part-time employees with one client.
Today the company boasts almost 80 employees and 50 contracts. The spike in
business, according to Chief Monez, is due to the need for a security agency
that is professional and meets the ever-changing needs of the security
field. The secret to the unprecedented growth of the business is training
and adaptation. Mrs. Monez has insisted that her officers be fully trained
in the security field. One hundred percent of the officers are fully
qualified with the California Bureau of Security and Investigations and over
95% are qualified with firearms, chemical agents and baton/ASP. She has also
started CDT training (unarmed self defense adopted by many Federal Agencies)
for each officer. This is just another step in giving her clients the best

Mrs. Monez has over ten years in law enforcement and security experience and
has surrounded herself with highly trained and professional persons. Her
Administrative Commander has over twenty years in law enforcement, which
includes over 19 years with the federal government. The Captain and
Lieutenants have over 15 years of law enforcement/security experience. It is
plain to see that not only training, but also experience has helped this company
